Dear friend to so many. Beautiful spirit. With so much empathy, compassion, and commitment to survivors, to a world free of torture.
When I messaged Dianna's family earlier to say I was keeping Dianna and the family in my prayers, I received such kind words back and "please continue keep ALL people who have immensely loved our Dianna in prayers."
Keeping all of you in my heart, in my prayers as we move forward keeping Dianna in our hearts and remembering her tremendous kindness, support for survivors, and human rights.
Dianna and I met in the early 90s through Coalition Missing, a project of the Guatemala Human Rights Commission, mentioned by others in this memorial By the late 90s, Dianna had conceived of and later launched TASSC, through which I am fortunate to have met so many of you. Feeling so grateful for the wonderful community of TASSC, for the communities she connected to or fostered, and for the friendship, warmth, and memory of Dianna.
